Shipping Policy


We aim to provide the most prompt and courteous service possible. Unfortunately, we do not deliver to addresses outside the UK. Any order specifying a delivery address outside the UK shall be rejected, we may, however, refer you to one of our associated companies who deal with our products within the specified delivery address region if applicable but are under no obligation to do so.

You may place an order for goods from outside the UK, but this order must be for delivery to an address in the UK.


1. All orders received will be usually be dispatched within 24-48 hours, stock permitting. Any orders necessitating using non-standard shipping methods will be subject to at least a 48-hour turn around time. Any items which are not in-stock or are custom orders will require a longer delivery period. Our standard policy is 3-5 working days for delivery.

2. We can despatch items to other addresses if it is different to the original delivery address, but require full details when the order is requested. This may affect the delivery time and should be noted if the addresses need to be altered.

3. All claims for errors and shortages must be made within 10 days after receipt of the goods. If a complaint is made after the stated period of time, we will not deal with your claim.

6. Standard parts or products may be returned up to 60 days from date of purchase only for reasons other than warranty subject to a 15% restocking charge. Special orders cannot be returned.
