Warranty Procedure

Philadelphia Scientific (UK) Limited warrants the Water Injectors TM against faults in workmanship and materials for five years. Philadelphia Scientific (UK) Limited warrants Watering Guns against defects in workmanship and materials for three years. All other products are warranted against faults in materials and/or workmanship for one year. Philadelphia Scientific (UK) Limited manufacture products with high-quality materials and have extremely high standards of quality control in place. However, should a problem arise, we are dedicated to supporting our products with the best after-sales care.

1. Please email us with a problem, so that we can fully evaluate all problems and reach a solution as quickly as possible.

2. You must have your product serial number available when reporting a problem.

3. If a return is necessary, you must obtain an RMA number from Customer Service before dispatching the product to us for inspection.

4. We appreciate feedback from customers if they have a problem which is under warranty.
